BEAR personnel has obtained the first registration for a "Certified Remediation Specialist" (CRS) from the State of Arizona. This registration was created to allow qualified persons to provide environmental services for site investigation and remediation without direct involvement of the State of Arizona. This was to eliminate/reduce the delay in conducting and completing environmental work within the State of Arizona, especially on sites with potential direct threats to human health and the environment.
