We have a reputation for responsiveness and technical excellence in providing environmental consulting and service for government, industrial, and commercial clients throughout the United States.

BEAR personnel obtained the first registration for a "Certified Remediation Specialist" (CRS) from the State of Arizona. This registration was created to allow qualified persons to provide environmental services for site investigation and remediation without direct involvement of the State of Arizona. This was to eliminate/reduce the delays in conducting and completing environmental work within the State of Arizona, especially on sites with potential direct threats to human health and the environment. The only time the State of Arizona was required to be involved in any environmental project being conducted by or under the supervision of a CRS is at the closure for final review of the all of the documentation and issuing a closure letter, if all standards have been met.

BEAR's work is covered by insurance policies written to include General Liability Insurance, Auto Liability Insurance, Contractor Errors and Omissions, Pollution Liability Insurance (Environmental Impairment), and Employer's Liability Insurance (Worker's Compensation).
